Join us for a three-day virtual event with presentations by researchers studying the extraordinary marine life, cultural and maritime heritage, oceanography, and geology of the Gulf of the Farallones, central San Francisco Bay, Bodega Bay, Cordell Bank regions, and adjacent waters between Point Arena and Point Año Nuevo.
Presentations will focus on new, ongoing, and recently completed research, monitoring, and habitat characterization projects, and will be brief project summaries (eight minutes or less). We have scheduled open discussions so that participants will have the opportunity to meet with presenters and network with colleagues, resource managers, and decision-makers.
To submit an abstract, please go to Abstract Submission. Abstracts are due December 17, 2021.
NOTE: Registration is open to everyone. You do not need to present a project to attend, and you do not need to attend to have your abstract included in the Proceedings.
Registrants should download a PDF copy of the proceedings prior to the Symposium. This will be available online after 6 PM on January 11, 2021.
